I am a software engineer at UVA School of Medicine and worked as a Director of Technology for Kathmandu Codes. I have worked as a technical consultant for several non-profits, startups and large organizations. I have been involved in application and product development, as well as building development teams, enterprise services, dev-ops and architecting cloud solutions.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science form State University of New York (Plattsburgh) with a minor in Computer Security.

“Search Engine Optimization for Threaded-Conversation and Personalized Search”

Developed a vertical search engine for TuDiabetes.org using Apache SOLR, using threaded conversation structure to rank various topics within diabetes community for a search result.
